Feed Section Not Shown When Editing Web Part

Your screenshot shows four sections to be edited: Appearance, Layout, Advanced & Feed. However, on our SharePoint Online site, I'm not seeing Feed. Is there an additional setting somewhere else in SharePoint that needs to be turned on to make that visible?

What kind of site (template) are you experiencing this issue in? Did you try it in a standard team site? What SharePoint version?

Nope, nothing needs to be turned on. It's a standard web part feature. I cannot reproduce this issue. I verified it's there in my tenant, and when publishing the most recent version, Microsoft verified it's also in theirs.
