Package uninstaller leaves diglyph keys installed

Issue #2 resolved

I recently tried out this package to see what it does, and when I uninstalled it I noticed that my kill-to-end-of-line key (control+k) was broken. I eventually found that this package left a huge set of keyboard commands for the diglyph character feature buried in my Packages/User/ folder. Even after uninstalling these commands were hanging around.
