Fix up misunderstandings in the .setup, .release-info and .svnwiki file

The .setup and .release-info errors were preventing v0.2 from
chicken-installing properly.

The missing define-method paren was preventing it from showing up in the
wiki and chickadee searches.

We're also great at smelling pistakes that look like puns.
