Enable organizers to send a notification to users after the event is over

We should push organizers to make all event material available ASAP, as well as include some statistics (such as how many people were there).

After that, we would allow organizers to send a one-time push/mail notification to users including links to materials, who's been there and how many participants there was.

Bonus points if we could highlight, in that email, materials for sessions the user was interested in or in themes he has interest about, and existing contacts. The profile of speakers for sessions he was interested in could be another nice catch.
