Implement autocomplete for speaker and theme fields

TokenInput Simple tag field, boring animation, doesn't seem to allow for new tags, has remote loading [2a, 14k, npm]
Select2, feature-packed select enhancer, permits search from lots of options, limiting number of multiple selections, tag field with new options, events to capture what was inserted/removed, ajax loading of data, HTML templating (enabling images or descriptions), allow for blocking new tags using multiple-select behaviour [5d, 63k, npm]

Select2 could be useful for many other cases, such as both speaker AND theme inputs, and other selects in the system.
