Add a CTA to the bottom of the home page

We need a CTA at the bottom as well, so a user that reads and scrolls through the entire page can be pushed to, say, register, or make a search.

We can consider the following ideas: - the first CTA is search, as it yields immediate and visual results, serving as a proof that the system is great for what they need - the second CTA, placed below the main system proposals, could have a different target, as the user must have scrolled down and read/skimmed through the content - and thus, is showing additional interest in the system. Given that hypotheses, we can show the user a search or subscribe CTA.
