Create a badge system (gamification)

Would be great to turn user stats into fun badges :D

Important: evaluate integration with Gioco (available on Heroku?)

Sample badges:

• times as speaker
• times as speaker on a field
• times in an event
• times as staff
• times as voluntary
• times as responsible for submitted work
• number of submitted works
• number of countries visited
• number of cities visited
• complete profile (photo, bio, function)
• one badge for each type of link (slides, scientific curriculum, general social network, professional network, photo/design network, etc)
• has a connection
• has a follower
• is following someone
