Cancellation issue

J 2.5.4 When I click to the link in the email it says "We have been unable to cancel your booking. Please contact us for more information" Thanks for any help in advance:) Marius

    Confirmed booking cannot be cancelled automatically. If confirmed you might have received money, you need to manually issue a refund and cancel the booking. Cancellation is only useful while the booking remains at pending status.
