A leading # messes up filetype recognition

Issue #15 resolved

A leading #, eg. of shebang, messes up the filetype recognition. The filetype is set to //conf// instead of //clojure//. The culprit is the {{{setfiletype}}} command, which prevents setting the filetype because a guess in filetype.vim already set //conf//.
