To add Spoiler Content, click "+" (insert more content), choose "Other Macros" then "Formatting" category. Then select Spoiler (Block) or Spoiler (Inline).

Spoiler (Inline) - there can be other content in same line.

Spoiler (Block) - there can be only Spoiler content in line.
