instead of id, we use uuid now. because, I came accross cases, where I have to display same record more than once in a page. So previous change is not enough. This will last long. I'm sure :)

This is initial entry for star rating widget for web2py. I took an rating widget already available and 1)fixed some errors to work with latest web2py releases, 2)more than one rating widget per page 3)now if the parent table for which we are implementing rating has a rate field, then average rating will be added to that field too. It'll be handy, if we have to run complex queries on that table involving rating. So, this make less db calls. Also, degrades gracefully, if there's no 'rating' field in the table. This uses jQuery rating plugin by Ritesh Agarwal. Original plugin can be found from "http://web2py.com/plugins/default/rating"
