Custom JSON file location

Former user created an issue

One nice thing about ft-Toolbar was that you could set a custom path to the configuration JSON file. I was chatting with someone just now who is hesitant to make the change since he uses Dropbox to keep his 2 computers and ft-Toolbar in sync.
