duplicate named effects can appear when adding an Effect button

1. open KBar Settings
2. click Add Button > Apply Effect
3. type: Transform or Apply Color LUT

--> multiple effects of the same name are returned.

i'm assuming you're just iterating over the list of effects? presumably they're multiple because of compatibility with older versions. do you only want to list the newer version of an effect, which i think is the one the user would be able to apply manually in the ui?

It looks like the dups are tagged with "_Obsolete" as the category name. I'll filter those out.
