buttons reset size (and get out of sync with KBar Settings) when AE's Appearance pref for Brightness is adjusted

1. open KBar Settings, and increase the Button Size
2. in AE's Preferences > Appearance, change the Brightness value

--> button sizes in KBar toolbars resets to be small, but the KBar Settings still shows the button size slider at its previous value.

touching the Button Size slider knob will refresh the toolbar buttons.

Grr. The theming and sizing logic are a little too close to each other to fix this easily/quickly. Need to postpone this until I can cleanup how theming is done in 2.0.
