XSB interface cardinality support not working

Currently the idpxsb_card predicate cannot be found

This is how the cardinality aggregate is translated

    Fixed bug where the predefined XSB predicates were not loaded

    Due to shuffling of data files, this had to be updated. xsb_compiler.P is now assumed to be in $INSTALLDIR/share/std/

    This fixes bug #354
