Predicatetables with arity 1 as sorttables

Sorttables can be asked whether they are a range. Predicate tables that are actually ranges can then be represented as such, instead of having to be enumerated fully.

Attached file takes 10+ seconds to load. This would be much faster if the predicate table was recognised as being a range.
