multiple kbs.exe and . tidp files

When running the IDE on windows 10 with larger files( on small files this problem does not occur) multiple instances of kbs.exe are created, and I have to manually delete these as otherwise the IDE gets frozen, also multiple temp files wit the .tidp extension get created in my workspace, again also only when running larger files.
