TLS handshake is not maintainable

Takashi Kato repo owner created an issue

Both client and server handshake procedures are now huge state machine. We can make it like combination of component.

    It's now using builtin TLS depending on the platform (OpenSSL or SChannel) so this is no longer applicable.
