Takashi Kato repo owner created an issue 2019-05-10

Currently, the documentation is written with scribble. This is not convenient if you want to see it on the repository. So it’s better to convert them to human readable and well-known format.

TODO: check if Bitbucket supports one of them.

Bitbucket supports reStructuredText only, conversion should go to .rst
