Converting document to reStructuredText or Asciidoc

Takashi Kato repo owner created an issue

Currently, the documentation is written with scribble. This is not convenient if you want to see it on the repository. So it’s better to convert them to human readable and well-known format.

TODO: check if Bitbucket supports one of them.
