MESMA issue: non-photometric shade

I am attempting to use the QGIS MESMA tool you’ve developed and have generally had a good experience, so thank you for providing this software. However, I am experiencing a problem when attempting to use a non-photometric shade end member. The log lists the following error message, but I don’t know how to interpret this:

too many values to unpack (expected 3)

Can you please provide some guidance? I am attaching the files for the shade end member I would like to use so you can test the same inputs.

I will also post this on the issue tracker and will be grateful for any insight you can provide.
