A temporary work fork to allow system scripts to be run within a virtualenv.
Lets say you make a virtualenv and you want to use some global site-packages that already exist. With this fork you can run, for example, /path/to/env/bin/nosetests and have it operate *within* your virtualenv even though it uses the system nose module.
Before this fix you could not operate nosetests within a virtualenv because its script pointed to the global Python interpreter. The workaround was to build a virtualenv with --no-site-packages and re-install nose within the virtualenv.
