Menu is too wide for tablets or phones

The category window is too wide for tablets or phones. On a PC a vertical scroll bar appears but on a tablet the window is cut out.

The window should stack the sub-categories in a vertical fashions when the viewport is too narrow.

Another solution would be to allow the sub-categories to appear as sub-menus.
