Cache update needs automation

Our Confluence instance is too big to disable caching - as a result the menu takes >1 second to load.

But with caching, the effects of assigning labels to spaces are not directly visible.

Ideally, the cache would refresh itself whenever a label is assigned to a space. If that is not possible, a refresh schedule (e.g. 1x per hour) would also work.

Having users manually refresh the cache is a sub-optimal solution.
