After the upgrade of the Confluence application the Plugin is not working

Good day to you!!

We have upgraded the confluence Application to 8.5.12 but the plugin is not compatible so we have disabled the plugin. But we need to enable plugin it as space are using it so please suggest on this Issue what as to be done.

Yes we have updated the plugin to the 3.1.3 can we enable the plugin now is it compatable with the confluence version to 8.5.12.
