I tried to update it to 2.6.1 but ended up with error. So I tried to reinstall the addon but also ended up:
An error occurred during installation. Refer to the logs for more information.

The addon is somehow installed anyway, but it is still not working. Same issue as was reported.

you need to uninstall then reinstall the new version 2.6.3.

It’s caused by a cache error.

we are using confluence server. currently version 6.10.2 but we also tested it on newer version 7.12.0 (on our test environment), with exactly the same results.

can you send us somehow the older version 2.6.0 ? We can try

Actually, the issue is not reproduced but the team is working on a new version.

Hi @krupper software, I’d like to second this issue. I do have 2.6.4 now succesfully installed though, after I experienced the same failed installations before. I un-installed, re-installed 2.6.0 and then updated succesfully to 2.6.4. However, still experiencing the macro error on older events. We’ve had contact per email before, with logs included (send 21 may). I hope this helps you in finding a common issue in both our cases.
