Error rendering macro Event-Details

Dear Support Team,

We installed the RSVP plugin in production and we receive “Error rendering macro Event-Details” whenever trying to insert macros. This is happening for all macros. Apparently there is no solution made publicly on the internet yet. Could you please provide us with support here?
