No more Access to your Documentation

I want to use the “Panel Text” macro. For using the icons I just want to use your documentation.

I Press the Link

and got the logon screen from atlassian. After login with my credentials. I got the message no login possible with my account.
Why I can not use the documentation any more??

Subscription is still valid until 17 Feb 2023, SEN-7768733.
