Can we continue using the app after Feb 15, 2024 for Confluence Server?

This is Anita from Extremedata system inc. a platinum partner in Taiwan.

One of our customers has been using your app right now and they use Confluence Server which is no longer available on Feb 15, 2024.

Therefore, we would like to check with you:

  1. Can our customers keep using the app after Feb 15, 2024 in their Confluence Server environment?

  2. If yes, do they need to update a new license key? Could you provide the license key which can work after Feb 15, 2024 for Confluence Server?

Confluence Server version : 7.13.2

    Hi Anita, Yes, new server app sales and installs are no longer available for customers.

    You do not have a plan to migrate to Data center or Cloud?

    Hi Tina,

    Yes, we have a plan to migrate to Data center. However, the estimated time is around end of 2024. Therefore, we want to check with you that can we continue using the app which had already installed on Server after 2024/2/15? Noted that there is no app sales and no app upgrade after 2024/2/15. Just want to check if the app can be functional or not.

    Honestly, I do not have an accurate response.

    As Atlassian vendor, we follow Atllasian strategy and I do not know the impact of end sales for Server Atlassian product.

    App license is also managed by Atlassian.

    I recommend that you contact Atlassian support.
