"Invalid note" during playback is not always correct

juice's test track: First time hit "play" (second works)
After a bit of editing, the playback stops (always at the same line of the same pattern) with the error message "Invalid note". There was no note visible at that line, and deleting / inserting rows didn't help. Only way I could get the song to play all the way through was to delete the pattern and enter the same notes again from scratch.
