How to create a Live Area override for special elements

These elements have a "dynamic" live area, ie the images have random names and the system will change them from time to time.

Theme Manager Ex will take care of these changes when you set/unset a theme but it will NOT update the images if they change when a theme is already set, thus you have to re-apply the theme if that happens.

To create a live area override for these elements you MUST follow these rules:

• The name of the background image MUST be dyn_bg.png
• The name of the startup image MUST be dyn_startup.png
