button "create minutes" never gets active

Former user created an issue

I don't find any information how and under which conditions it is possible to make minutes. I tried starting the workflow, I tried adding me in # roles (moderator, timekeeper, attendee, assignee, reporter).

    Hello, Thank you for your question. Meeting should be closed (got resolution field set to some value) in order "create minutes" button gets active. Idea behind that meeting has been conducted and closed before and after minutes can be created. We will update meeting documentation to cover this and similar questions.

    Just released version 3.4.1. "Create Minutes" button has a tooltip and shows message "Close meeting to enable creation of the meeting minutes" in case when meeting is not closed.
