Hi,

I'm evaluating your product before buying it.

Could you please explain to me how to fix the title issue?

My need is to create N meetings based on a single macro-task, when the meeting is created and planned I then need to send the invitation (With calendar) to the partecipants which use Outlook. (ics files)

When I do that, I receive "Not supported calendar message.ics" as a ics file and the date is not displayed on the calendar.

Hi Andrea,

Thank you for your question.

1) It could be that some fields in meeting are not set, so that the generated ics file is not valid. Please check if meeting start and end time are correctly set and that meeting invitees list is not empty. If it is possible to send me an example of generated ics for your case to email kliinnglills(at)kyona.eu, it would be helpful to give you more information.

2) It could be that there are some incompatibility with specific Outlook version... Try to import ics file into another email program to check if this is a culprit in your case.

workaround so long is to send meeting invitation using your favourite email program with the link to planned meeting board

We have reworked invitation functionality in new version of meeting plugin. Please try it out. For now Jira does not send any invitation, but user downloads generated invitation and opens it in his favourite email program, from which it should be send.
