There are different way, how to assign an issue to a meeting.

Use meeting picker from detail issue view

2 way

Use issue filter area on the right side of meeting board to find all issues you need to discuss and drop them to agenda of a meeting

3 way

Assign issues from current meeting to a future one using meeting picker from context menu
