Clone wikiAlignment Meeting Board / 4. Create Meeting Minutes
After meeting has been conducted and closed (resolution fields gets value) button "Create Minutes" get activated.
By clicking on "Create Minutes":
- a meeting minutes will be generated and attached to meeting's attachments
- notification will be send to all meeting invitees (and external participants) with link to conducted meeting and generated meeting minutes
- additionally "View Meetings Minutes" link will be shown, which shows the last generated meeting minutes document by clicking on it.
Meeting Minutes contains:
- meeting's relevant informations (agenda topics, actions, participants, location)
- all comments from meeting
- comments of all agenda issues, which were added during the time meeting was conducted (from begin to end meeting time)
- actions' comments, which were added during the time meeting was conducted
If your meeting took longer than meeting "end" time, it is better to adjust "end" time of the meeting in order all comments during the meeting time can be added to meeting minutes.
