Attached QuickFinder button does not show up on Jira Dashboard

We just migrated our Jira Server to Server 9.4.9 recently and the ‘Attachment Quick Finder’ button no longer shown on the Jira Dashboard. we re-installed the Quick Finder plugin but no help. Note: Our plugin license has been expired on September-2022, and we’re currently running Jira Server ( vs DataCenter version) which shall expiring on February 15, 2024 and can no longer renew server licenses. Therefore, it won’t allow us to renew the Quick Finder licensing either.

Attachment quick finder is not showing up in top menu, because license is invalid for the latest version 2.1

Downgrade of the plugin to previous version 2.0.1 for which license is valid would not work, because that version is not compatible with Jira 9 (Atlassian changed some of API, new version was required to handle that).

You still can renew “Attachment quick finder” server app license, there is a button “Renew” on QuickFinder_licensing.png.

Therefore, it won’t allow us to renew the Quick Finder licensing either.

This is not true, you can renew existing app and Jira server licenses till 15 Feb 2024 (It is not possible to buy a new server or app license any more)

Feb 15, 2022 - You can no longer upgrade or downgrade tiers for your Server products or apps anymore.

Feb 15, 2023 - You can no longer buy new apps for your existing Server licenses, including conversions from free app trials to app purchases. App renewals will be prorated with an end date of February 15, 2024 PT to match your Server products' end of support date.

NVM, I was able to update my plugin license now.

Yes, it is about plugin license renewal. Actually it should be possible to renew Jira Server license as well, strange that this is not available. Any way congratulation with finding solution.
