Tested it right now on the L2J Testserver. That only happens when your characters level is BELOW level 6. When you are level 6 or higher, he doesnt say to meet Darin again (https://ibb.co/xYySCzB + https://ibb.co/GVwn4MY)

However, I noticed that he don’t get a weapon exchange coupon even if you are level 6 (https://ibb.co/PzVHH26). It might be related with this issue #159 https://bitbucket.org/l2jserver/l2j-server-game/issues/159/niewbiew-guide
