on offi servers if u use magic skills with the button pressed i mean simultaneously the first two hits should only reduce the hit time of skill. in other words if u use many skills without stop the character from casting and start again the first 2 hits should raise your casting speed with using blessed spirit shot and if u use simple spiritshot(not blessed) you will notice all hits are same meaning on the blessed spiritshot only the first 2 hits should be reduced cast time.
