Swarlog Ilumy created an issue 2017-06-11

He added the lang SystemMessageLocalisation.xml

When starting the server, it does not load the xml file.

Created the command to load "SystemMessageId.reloadLocalisations();". Being a logger, log message all OK, but does not translate anything.
