Almost all signet skills are not working retail like

Could you be more specific? IDs, behavior, retail behavior, etc.

yes you are right my report was too general i will give examples when back from work

yes is not like retail got bug, on retail should hit only 6 times no matter cast speed. also on l2j when the skill finish hit 2 times at once this is wrong on retail not hit in the end of casting line
