Object already exist in OID map

Happens when player send and receive vitamin items between characters in same account.

    Yesterday, on use Scroll Escape, character spawn on village and happens same problem, onSpawn character object ... already exist in OID map!

    I have same error once in live server, but i dont know why:

    and during this, everyone was laying down the server
