Offline Vendor and Loginserver Restart bug

• Server Version: last builded March 24 with master branch files
• There is no errors on logs on Gameserver or Loginserver.
• There is no system customization (items, messages, UI) involved

I'm have one Beta Test Server online by about one week without any issue reported.

Today when I tryed to log in an account this happens:

• The account aren't banned or something else.
• There's no banned characters on it and itsn't attached to any IP address as I could see.
• Even after I've removed all characters from the account the error happens.
• Other accounts can log in without issues.
• I moved the characters to another account and I can use them without any problems.

Probable cause: my loginserver is scheduled to restart every 12 hours and there was an offline character on this account when the Loginserver's restart. I think this can be related because when I restarted the GS the account was able to login once again.

Use develop branch files, it's the latest updated branch. See if you can reproduce your problem there.

This is still happening on latest version from develop branch, has anyone found a fix for it?

I have no problems after I disabled loginserver auto restart, so the problem is not from offline shops I think.
