Multiple issues after reloading configs.

Hopefully, this is not only limited to my setup.

After reloading configs the game loses all HTMLs (clicking on NPCs does nothing) or scripts stop working (Priest of Blessing throws errors).

This issue appears while debugging in Eclipse and Intellij. Develop branch updated to the latest version.
