Voiced Buffer bug - buff while dead

L2 Hi5 server, protocol version = 268

Voiced Buffer allows players to buff while dead as shown in this video: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cYXb11L1XY

To reproduce, die, then wait to get out of combat mode, then .bufferservice (or whatever the voice command is on the given server), then choose a buff profile and press BUFF ME
