party request (when player start new party)

Notice a bug with party request if u send 2 party request invite in 2 chars at the same time and the 1st char accept pt on 2nd char when he press accept it doesnt do anything he cant join the pt while pressing accept

in offi files you cant send request party at the same time if already pending it seems client doest support it so they have check with system msg waiting for another reply
