Raid boss only with fist attack become incredible fast after out of MP

For example Discarded Guardian(Lv20) after out of MP and unable to use skills, Its attack speed become more and more and more fast.

Setting the _attackEndTime member was missed for fist case clause. The delay does't depends on current MP value. See core commit 30f2163 on my fork. Tested locally.
