Chance Drop XML other

The droplist is not correct. The value is below that is contained in XML.

Check XML and in game Shift+Click viewer! Look example bellow: 22650 Mucrokian Fanatic 22651 Mucrokian Ascetic

what was your level when checking that drop? example if your level is lvl 9 or greater for example drop chance can be 0%

Issue #84 is something different: If there are GeneralDropItems out of GroupedGeneralDropItems, GroupedGeneralDropItem wont even show a number.
