Ollympiad weapons buff use only Magic Skills

Now in L2J possible use Rapid Shot and others actives skills for take buff from weapons B, C grade! Archer and Dagger use weapons buff easy in L2J, this is only possible only in use nobless skill or magic skill in retail, never use active skills.
