Enabling AutoLoot

Andrea Gigante created an issue

By enabling AutoLoot cause some random console error like this:

09/09/2016 12:17:43.694, Getitem failed : item position container index (-1), file[.\world_server.cpp], line[1030]

Tested with variouse range distance.

    Just a warning, now it shouldn't show it. I've also added some logging if you turn on debug mode where you can see it works fine :)
