feed not updating on other blogs

I was having a problem with BlogLovin' not seeing my feed thumbnail, and your plug in fixed that, but ever since I started using SB RSS feed plus, my feed updates are not showing up on all the other blogs that link to my blog in their links sidebar.

Any ideas? I can't seem to find a setting that fixes this.
