Dual images in full-text content

I've tried every combination of settings to try and figure this out myself...but for some reason there are two images showing up in the full-text-content...help!!

hi, this is because there is image inserted to the post itself (second one). I will replicate it on my dev site and try to fix this. I should be able to detect the image and if there is an image in the post itself, I should not insert the featured image before it. I will try to look at this soon... hope I can fix it in few days...

I second Martin comments and its not "image inserted to the post itself" for me its the featured image for the post , need help!
